🪺🪹 What if we were nests nestled together? Braided by life and based on in-depth relationships?
🪺🪹 What if each ‘I-nest’ was intertwined with all the others, with the air, water, wind, trees, branches, and leaves, not forgetting the beetles, aphids, caterpillars, squirrels, or butterflies?
🪺🪹 Each branch and hair that weaves our ‘I-nest’ conjures up a porous border, defining a singular space, never isolated or separate, but constantly breathing together; adapting the weave, moving the skin, with each new rhythm. We constantly undo and remake ourselves. We tie and untie the knots and the mesh of our ‘I-nest’.
🪺🪹 Each egg in the ‘I-nest’ is a memory, a possibility, a seed, a promise. But also different stories and ways of remembering the future. Each egg, a characteristic, a will, a hypothesis.

As stated in the book How To Live In A Chaotic Climate - 10 Steps To Reconnect With Ourselves, Our Communities, And Our Planet by LaUra Schmidt with Aimee Lewis Reau & Chelsie Rivera: ‘(...) let's be clear: when we say inner work, we're not talking about self-improvement bullshit that says you need to “fix” yourself. You're not broken." We don't need to be fixed. We simply, like everyone else, have some work to do.
