In a violent, hierarchical, and dualistic culture, the transcendence of high vibrations can make us forget where we are. It can abstract us from the uniqueness and singularity of our time/place. We lose connections searching for global solutions and concepts. Synthesizing knowledge, simplifying and collapsing it, and forgetting or neglecting the folds, the diversity, the complexity, and the chaotic thread of all creation.
We do not need to vibrate higher. We do not need to escape to the upper realms to become more or better. It’s not just the light. We need the darkness too. When climbing to escape through this portal without a true immanent connection, we can become lost in narcissism and individualism, losing the essential connection that keeps us humble.
This hierarchical categorization is still instilled with a simplistic and dualistic view of the nature of things. It still categorizes reality into objects and subjects.
Like all there is, we need to echo the integrated vibrations of the earth and cosmos like sentient beings of inherent value.
We must value the ever-dynamic and shape-shifting nature of relations, creation, and destruction. If you go higher, you have to go lower. Feel the dirt. The earth needs you to remember. Expanding and collapsing in a breathing universe.
