To bridge the sublime gap between inner and outer realms, we must forget and decompose what we think we know or who we think we are. And listen. Wholeheartedly listen. Just listen. Not judging, not fitting or categorizing, not expecting, not synthesizing. Listen to the ancient patterns of reality and life.
If you just listen, you actively and responsibly participate in the fabric of creation, those ever-dynamic threads of energy, that create and destroy everything, both in you and, at the same time, so much bigger than you, encompassing the whole cosmos.
Not controlling or owning anything. Just listening.
I learn and honor this ancient experience through the principles of Feng shui, rooted indigenous knowledge (being aware and respectful of cultural bias and appropriation), permaculture and ecopsychology, working to remember the fundamental, complex and ancient connection between our inner and outer mythical landscapes.
