And sadly enough, those with whom I might discuss the matter don't see a loss of freedom in this: they justify the conditions as a fair quid pro quo in order to take advantage of modern services (health, technology, a longer life...). And they still pity natural people who can't enjoy the same privileges... Obviously a decent concept of freedom has been lost.
